EXPERIENCE:

Mr. Culver commenced practice in Civil/Family/Criminal Litigation. Over the first five years his practice evolved with a strong portion of Personal Injury work (Plaintiff and Defendant), in addition to Commercial/Corporate disputes. He has appeared before all levels of Courts within Ontario as well as The Supreme Court of Canada.


From 1977, Mr. Culver has had a dual practice both in Civil Litigation and Management Labour Law. He negotiated countless collective agreements, attended hundreds of Arbitrations, acted as a nominee, appeared before numerous Administrative Tribunals (OHRC, OLRB, OMB, WSIB) and successfully defended corporations when charged under the OHSA. This experience has greatly assisted in acting as both a Mediator and potential Arbitrator.


Conclude Mediation has been providing mediation services for eight years. Mr. Culver has successfully completed training through the Faculty of Law, University of Windsor in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has, through his Labour Relations’ practice, engaged in countless mediation exercises. In addition, he has provided services as a Mediator throughout Ontario (approximately 500 mediations completed through 2014).
